How is having sex with an adult woman a reenactment of being abused by her father as a child?

And why should this adult woman be more of a reenactment than any other adult woman?

No. It seems pretty clear that reenactment isn't the issue, so much as their shared history reminding the writer of their shared prior abuse.

Though it also seems clear from the abuse narrative society provides that trust issues are supposed to develop impacting all future relationships, particularly sexual ones.

If one were to assume this magical poisoning, then the natural advice would be that any relationship could retraumatize and should be avoided. But again, we know that this isn't how trauma works. And that the narrative itself is damaging.
