That is never the case. Never. Unless you're not a human being. Humans simply do not possess that capability. We are incredibly poor at data storage and retrieval which is exactly why "eyewitness account" is the very lowest form of data and not even considered to be "evidence" in the scientific sense. If you "know" your memories are crystal clear, that's a fair indicator that they are *not*. The mind tricks itself.
