Anywhere food is sold is a good place for GMs. I personally like to go to mall food courts to read. There's always girls there and if you've got a mall with a lot of the shops that tweens like to go to nearby the food court, it's even better. And you can just have food and use a book or something to have something to turn your gaze to in case someone catches you looking at the kids.
