"Not yet;" because everything and anything will come with time. This is how science works, to grant our wishes. There is no actual scientific method. Nor any restrictions ( say, Empiricism? )

No, wish on a shooting star, blow out your Birthday candles, or appeal to Science and Technology as if they do the same.

I suggest that you also build a bamboo runway, and wait for the cargo to arrive.
