Re: I can't argue since I'm no philosopher.

As you will find you will not find a good philospher within me but it seems to me that a) cannot be right since there is nothing inherent in the human condition or how we relate to the rest of our existence but simply how we choose to think and act unless one is religious. We bring baggage from evolution but we are essentially free to determine our future. We don't necessarily have to use laws to prevent others from harming us or we them but it makes sense to form a consensus such that our system works for the greater number.
