No. It's meant to show how police forces and allied ngo's are slimey lying bastards.

I do know what actually exists out there and it is exploitative child abuse.

And that's why the "peripheral" is not peripheral. If there is so much exploitative child abuse, then starting cases and pressing charges for the peripheral is a waste of police and court resources that would be better used for the exploitative. If cases against the "peripheral" were (and I am saying "if", notice it) a rational use of resources, then exploitation cannot be that prevalent.

So choose which. If you choose to affirm the pervasiveness of exploitation, then you're also affirming the police are still wasting valuable scarce resources charging people and contents that are not exploitative, which they have to do at the expense of the victims of that real exploitation you decry.

Neither way do the antis come out in a moral high ground...
