Police are normally the biggest criminals of the land. They have all the power, all the knowledge, all the connections, and zero accountability. It's more surprizing that they aren't even bigger criminals already. So no, I wouldn't blink if it turned out that they are really raping kids, abducting them, prostituting them, selling and buying them, torturing and killing them, filming it all, and framing some nobody for it all. It would have been relatively predictable.



After all, even the most highly ranked law enforcement officer in the world does it:
