American citizens are obligated to follow sex laws of the countries they find themselves in, even if they contradict American law; and foreign citizens are obligated to follow their own sex laws even in the USA.

So, Saudi Arabian sodomites can still be put to death in Oklahoma, despite its sharia amendment.
