Re: OMG!

Ah, one of my favourite actors (Jack), can't recall seeing that film though. I'm currently reading Straw Dogs by John Gray and although I am bound to disagree with much of what he is likely to say it seems I am in agreement as to how we as humans view ourselves and relate to our environment. I do find it disturbing how we as humans seem to think that everything revolves around us rather than we being just as much a part of nature as every other living creature. I haven't really got a philosophy that I can say "this is what I believe" but perhaps that is because I haven't kept up to date on current thinking or studied many recent important books. What is "truth" might not be knowable to us as humans anyway so I don't rely on us having that ability but making good guesses might do for now.
