I honestly think her daughter is either mistaking me for someone else or misremembering or missinterpreting something. She was six at the time the alledged incident. The mother is very angry about it now, but did not seem to be mad on the other occasions that I have run into her over the past twenty years. She claims to have know about it all along. She's says that her daughter told her that I exposed myself to her and made her rub herself on me. That never happened. I have never crossed any lines in my life. The only thing that I can think of is a time when we were engaging in horse play and she was sitting on my abdomen and I couldn't breath so I tried to get her to move down to my thighs, to pick herself up and sit on my thighs. I did not intend for her to move over my crotch but I think she thought that was what I meant.
The girl is a grown woman now. The discussion was taking place in messaging on the big social network. I was trying to friend the mother and got blindsided by this. I had no idea that there was a problem.
The mother posted my name and told everyone of her "friends" that I have molested children (plural) and to message her for details.
I am poor and cannot afford an attorney. I think that the statute of limitations has run out in that state anyway, but that doesn't protect my reputation. I am a CL but I have never crossed any lines in my life. She posted this on Friday morning and none of the three common "friends" have deleted me or have said anything yet. I am hoping they are not believing her. This woman is a bit of a histrionic and likes attention.
