In that case, the problem with Britain is a shortage of labor (actually, a shortage of labour, Dissident - because labor is American) to build enough roads for everyone. That still doesn't absolve the IOC.

And no, I clearly said that right of access is equal; so equal that the toddler in the road has as much right as Count Rogge's limo to use the road.
