So, all this boils down to is there are no such things as "faults", they do not occur and when they do they are simply a part of the natural processes.

No, it boils down to not claiming that it's natural that seals balance balls on their nose, just because you observed seals doing it in a non-natural environment.

When I take nature as a guide (and it is a lot of times, stay tuned when I debate Dissident or Markaba!), I certainly don't infer from traits of humans today or in historical times. I infer from archeological, population-genetic and paleontological records (oh wait, sorry, you don't believe in those things) and at best/worst, known primitive societies in contemporary times. Not from London, New York or Shanghai; not even Third World cities as Sao Paulo, Mumbai or Jakarta.

Many of those born with deformed limbs or any other abnormalities will be blessing you for saving their dignity but their "faults" remain.

False medicalization. You can physically prove that (at least some) physical abnormalities limit the person's physical capacities in ways they don't limit the capacities of those without them. (Still in those cases, some others, like polydactyly, don't, and are "corrected" for conformity seeking, not for any practical reason). You cannot argue that about natural tendencies for one or another way to think, believe and live the life of the soul.

Psychopathy has been linked to abnormal brain development so there is a possibility that this might be a cause. Would it be so strange to find actual causes for paedophilia arising during childhood? Why would we want to see that as natural?

Because acts have motivations, not causes. Twisted or evil motivations, maybe, but not causes.

Back to minorities and their "rights".

No...?

As I said, every living being has autonomy, including every human. No idea how you take that to be something minoritarian.

Lyrics said that you have an obsession with following majorities. I suggest that it's more like an obsession with contradicting minorities, real or imagined.

Not all freedoms are possible since they might impact on others such as to deprive them of their particular freedoms.

Merriam-Webster:
Definition of AUTONOMY
1
: the quality or state of being self-governing; especially : the right of self-government
2
: self-directing freedom and especially moral independence
3
: a self-governing state

[All emphasis mine]

What part of "self" is unclear to you?

That is the price we pay for having relative peace within societies.

Funny that all the totalitarian societies in history have very highly prized never being wrong. Oh, wait, you don't believe in history, sorry.
