True; the real world is in most senses, might makes right. But if you are arguing that, there's no reason to put forward an idea. It's all right with "oh, I am going to blow you up" and that's it. If you put forward an idea, you are inviting to be questioned for your idea, and as far as ideas go, might doesn't make right.

No, I cannot. The prosecutorial office always incentives any witness to come forward (not just minors and not just sexual offense cases). Minors in particular have their names and likeness protected.
