I never really heard your stance on CP and CE [child erotica?] before, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised to see the sensible libertarian position you described in this post! It seems the Markaba I remember and admired so much back in the day may be returning. Omg, how all the talk about things like civil liberties you are exposed to on this board has corrupted your soul! ;-)

Your interim idea of making the available CP a form of intellectual property for the children who appear on it once they reach the age of majority is an interesting one, and I have no major issue with it, as it's certainly a considerably less draconian solution than what we have now, and it does recognize what a witch hunt we have when the government tries to control the mere possession and free distribution of certain images and text with the type of technology we have today. I'm sure you know, however, that those in strong opposition to the concept of copyrights may want to have a few words with you about this one :-)
