I suspect that Lee is making a case tailor-made to arguing for blasphemy laws for imagery defaming the Prophet Muhammad.

The prevalence of such laws ought to be their own justification.

The harm to both Muslim and non-Muslim alike are evident.

Well. Its pretty clear.

Further, there is an advantage when one is talking about an omniscient Diety in making arguments about how a viewing known only to onesself can harm an unknowing other in Nosensahumastan.
