I've no doubt many models will not see their involvement as at all exploitative, especially if they are making money from the modelling and there is no overt sexuality involved - camel-toes, see-throughs etc - and although some countries are much more strict than others I fail to see how opening a floodgate rather than trimming a law is the best of options. I'm glad to see they were not 'victims' but others have been - S 13 for example.
