A lot to ask when you are hardly capable of it yourself. Pretty words don't make you reasonable. Using reason makes you reasonable . . . by definition.

They can. They just don't want to . . . with you. You provoke the abuse by looking down on us, and then you complain about how unreasonable and insensitive we are, which is all you really wanted anyway: self-fulfilling prophecy, so that you can more easily convince yourself that we really are the thoroughly evil and deranged people we are made out to be, and thereby separate yourself from us. Have fun with that. You can go report it to your counselor, and he can reaffirm your victimhood for you by pointing out how you keep seeking out abusive types. Or something.
