Good post. I have said it before and I'll say it again: the term 'sexualized' is the child-sized equivalent of labeling a woman a 'whore'; it is a term that is inherently stigmatizing and intended to psychologically punish those children who do not meet our puritanical culture's sexual requirements for them. The word should be identified for what it is: a profanity meant to degrade those children who aren't "innocent" enough for the anti's satisfaction, even if that innocence is largely a myth. Most children are sexual to varying degrees, and the goal of modern society is to desexualize children by using shaming words, and also buy using these sorts of terms to reframe the debate. It's very Orwellian.
