Then you haven't seen the kind of turnaround in grooming which occurs the moment that boys discover girls discovering boys.....

Nor their competition to be like the "successful boys" and to thin the herd by humiliating other boys in front of the girls.

Sure, its "success-object," rather than "sex-object," but its driven by the response of the opposite sex nonetheless.

Girls also "eliminate" rivals, but not to the same degree as boys do. Hence in early childhood girls rehearse for this by playing house, makeup and dreaming about Prince Charming; while boys play at war, wrestling, and competition. But this is still preparation for what they will do to attract a mate later on.

And this so-called "sexualization" won't change until the culture no longer values female attractiveness; and starts to focus on, say, how well she fells a wild boar?
