Yellow Panties

I went to one of my neighborhood restaurants and there was a fundraiser before I went to the restaurant, and this place don't seem like a family restaurant, anyway, the place was filled with the fundraisers and their children. It was cute girls everywhere! Since summer has ended, and the weather has gotten cooler, the girls weren't wearing their skimpy outfits. But one very cute Asian girl caught my eye. She looked about 7 years old, and she wore a denim skirt and jacket, white see thru stockings and rainbow glittered shoes. White T-shirt that said, "I'm very cute!". She had the cutest big eyes, and the way she quickly turns her head, whipping her hair over her shoulders look so adorable. She had a serious look to her but very girly. I saw her swing her legs as she ate with her dad, and I had a clear view of her bright yellow panties. I kept staring and tried to avoid her dad seeing me checking out his daughter.

The place was noisy with young girls and teenagers talking over each other. It didn't matter I had the sounds tuned out while I was enjoying the view of this adorable girl's panties. I'm sure the family is slightly open minded with this outrageous outfit this cutie was wearing. She caught me looking at her and she gave me a slight smile, and continued to talk and eat with her dad. But the view of her panties came to an abrupt end when her older brother showed up and blocked my view of her yellow panties. He had a very large plate of food which explains why he was gone so long. There were many other cuties there but this girl with yellow panties stood out like a sore thumb. If she was anywhere else it would look funny to her peers. That made my day that much better.
