While attempted replications of Cantor's neuroimaging studies cannot be conducted through internet surveys, I believe that some of his other results can be. This is something I hope to encourage psychologists to do, but it requires that researchers establish good relationships with MAP message boards, blogs, and email lists, or that a middle-man develops good relationships with both researchers and MAP groups.
