Sexist dad is the type of person repeats and repeats the same irrational thought thinking that eventually you would agree with him. I had an urge (sorry baldur) to smack him in the head.

Ha! I've had an urge to smack a few people myself, sometimes for the same reasons. Yes, I'm a liberal too. And I live in the rural South, so you can just imagine . . . ;-)
