I guess then that if someone formulates plans and thinks seriously about how to fly kites with a kid, that bares their thought process completely, and what it shows is a murderer. Because just like making someone society defines as a kid happy by having a consensual sexual relationship with them is equivalent to rape, making someone society defines as a kid happy by flying kites with them is equivalent to murder, and anyone who makes such plans is clearly a murderer.
