I've been there. Instead of thoughts of my little girl making me sad, now, they are my primary source of joy. I think of her often. It's painful to be away from her for as long as I have, but those thoughts, those memories... I love and cherish them. They bring me happiness, for she lives now in my thoughts and in my heart, as much as she does in real life. Perhaps there is a parallel universe out there where she and I are together right now. Even if such a thing is not, I am happy knowing all that I have shared with her.

Talking about your girl does help, doesn't it? It gets all of those feelings out of you. And we're always happy to hear you talk about her. :) To love a little girl, and to be loved by her, is the greatest thing there is for people like us.
