Apples and Oranges.
The same amount of work ( sans doping ) will produce more muscle mass in a male than a female every time.
The bodies really are different in more than just matters of reproductive plumbing.
But in this day and age weaponry renders the strength of the aggressor largely irrelevant. 13 year old girl with an Uzi trumps unarmed bodybuilder at a distance of 3 paces every time.
But this and other notions lead to blaming the male rape victim. "Why didn't you fend her off? You're a male, aren't you?"
Men perpetrate more sexual violence. But you see that aggression too correlates with testosterone and other chemicals exclusive to the male. ( Then there's aggression as displaced stress. ) While most men don't assault people due to their chemical cocktail; they are still more prone to anger and all the internal mental and physiological damage that accompanies it.
Their biochemistry may also diminish their ability to shrug off stress and to cope when it does occur. Certainly statistical differences between the genders demonstrate greater male fragility in almost every comparable aspect except for muscle mass and strength.
I think we can all avoid moralizing about it. But if we were to indulge, then the male is the fragile flower which must be protected from rejection and other damaging emotions.
His potential future regret renders her incapable of initiating a consensual relationship with a male.
