CP is a charge exclusively leveled due to the criminality of finding LGs sexy.

If there was any doubts that it had to do with real harm or exploitation of real girls advances in the laws around the globe have made it clear that even sexy LG drawings and words are CP.

Restitution is about finding a way to make Pedo's finance the war on themselves for thinking that kids are sexy.

In other regimes they charge the orphans and widows for the cost of bullets used by the firing squad that executed their men. Same idea here.

Had it been a discussion of RICO charges in an illegal offtrack betting scheme; I'd expect it would've been flagged as OT.
