Although this obviously limits their choices of roles, there still are many porn actresses who only perform with other women; or with their real life boyfriends; or limit themselves to certain acts.

An actress willing to do "more extreme" stuff is certainly choosing to do so. Maybe not for personal liking as much as because it's a good job. But certainly her free choice.
