Well, their status as sole-creator AND sole-victim has already been accepted by the law.

Who knows, maybe the authorities could confiscate the restitution and hold it in a trust set aside to pay for lifetime monitoring of their offender? I'd say that being your own victimizer constitutes stalking; and since the victim cannot remove themself from the presence of their victimizer, constant supervision is required during these "approved" visits with onesself. Paying a cop to follow them into the bathroom stall lest they take advantage of themself costs money y'know?
