The world is turning dystopian before our eyes, governments everywhere have long been cooperating to eradicate us, primitive mind-scanning technology is already available and looks likely to be rapidly improved, and the public is cheering this on - in fact, we are the reason many are willing to accept all-powerful government.

Those aren't conspiracy theories - all that is mainstream news and culture.

So, what was your objection, again?
