Ah, then you're profiling a community.

The DOJ recognizes that this is both counterproductive to actual policing and a hate-crime.

What goals could you possibly have to run against the LEAs on the prevention of Child Molestation?

I know you consider LEA expertise on Child Molestation to be handwaving. But RLY?
