Although you are right, I wouldn't blame Dante for working with the only stats available, which are the ones compiled by police where the definitions are made by the laws and the conflation is made by fiat.

(In this specifics, I wouldn't blame Ethan either)

OTOH, the constant broadening of the scope of anti-pedo laws has reached the point where it does affect teleios who are not even trying to break anti-pedo laws at all. So even your objection is well on its way to disappearing.
