Any FA Uzi? Absolutely not in most cases. Those in the Uzi family are hard to control even for adults, FA that is.

Other guns? Of course, no the child, be safe, one round at a time at first, not a whole magazine. Hold the firearm with the child. Etc. This could have easily been prevented.
