Right, but the law is aimed at restricting the rights of males and the power is in the hands of the female, because she is the one who can report that she was inebriated if she somehow feels wronged after a consensual encounter. It's similar to how if a minor female feels wronged after a consensual encounter, she can simply go to the police and her consent is irrelevant, all that matters is her age. It's almost like a lot of feminists want to spread the draconian laws against minor attracted men to ALL men. Our oppression has basically been the blueprint for oppressing all men. I'm still waiting for the rest of us to wake up. We should band together and fight for our rights, whether we're straight, gay or minor attracted.
