Yet you continue to refuze to sign for a ban on children being allowed in swimming pools and cars.

Parents take on the role of evaluating risks and benefits for their children. It's inevitable for young children, and becomes more a matter of controversy as they get older.

If in fact no one engaged in sexual activity with a child without prior advance written permission of both parents, a vast majority of sexual abuse would not happen as such permission would rarely be given -- and rarely asked for, as applicants would realize the likely outcome.
