No, it's not, because no where have I said that if one side does something unethical or extreme, that means it's therefore "okay" for the other side to do it. 

I see where Markaba is coming from with the "two wrongs" fallacy. I don't think it applies to you, but it can easily apply to the argument many times.

I don't see my argument as a "two wrongs" at all though. I am just engaging the enemy in the rules the enemy wrote to engage me. You have as many rights as you give others. This includes more gentlemanly or more brutal rules of engagement.
