Wasn't that the acronym for the Cold War era policy Mutual Underwear Destruction, that ensured that both the Soviet Bloc and NATO powers would be unable to start a war because they'd be unable to get dressed and get to the missile silos?

I believe that there were SALT treaties for Strategically Allowing Lingerie Tears to ensure that the clothes in question fell apart at the slightest stress.

While we had our doubts at the time that the Soviet Bloc were complying with the terms; all those pictures after in the immediate post-Soviet era of pantyless Ukrainian and Russian girls confirmed that peace finally was achieved through the MUD policy.
