The hostile departures always belied the sincerity of the apologies. ( Apologies which would be held over everyone else's heads at the next hostile "permanent" departure. )

But no, nobody who has seen your posting history can believe for a minute that VP is the reason you left.

Unfortunately, those who DON'T know your posting history tend to blame Ethan for you becoming an irrational jerk. And, as much as I disagree with Ethan over many things; this is not something he is to blame for.
