She is more like a Hebe, though she is actually a Persocom, which is a human computer (notice the ears). Chii is a very strange Persocom and belongs to the series of Chobits (which is also the name of the anime/manga itself). I would say more on her, but in case you motivate yourself in watching/reading the series, I do not want to introduce potential spoilers, plus I also encourage you to see into Chobits. It means a lot to me and the reason I choose that particular photo is because she looks cute and portrays certain features that are shown of her throughout the series, plus she also kind of defines my motivation as a person.
