My argument is based on cost/benefit analysis, so individual cases have no bearing.
If that was true, you'd have shown your model and not relied on claims of alleged abuse found on the internet.

I don't claim to have made an argument with relevant research backing -- there is no convincing relevant research that I am aware of in favor of other positions either. In the absence of good evidence, needing to come up with policy of some kind, we're all pretty much stuck going with our intuitions. I have a model in terms of what the costs and benefits are, though data to support percentages and the like is sorely lacking for anyone addressing the issues.

I think there are a lot more men who would take advantage of girls
Do you believe the vast majority, say 99%, of girl loving pedophiles are would-be rapists?

"Girl loving pedophiles" is a restricted set -- judged by frequent eloquent posters on GC? I argue repeatedly that this restricted set does no good in setting policy. There is a larger group of "men with a sexual attraction to girls". The percentage of men who are potential rapists might be quite low, but if they commit multiple crimes the effect on girls could still be substantial. At any given time, there are a lot more adult men than girls of some key age group, especially say 12-15. A small percentage of lots of men projected onto a much smaller number of girls makes for a big problem.

Analogously, are most men attracted to adult women ... would-be rapists?

No, but rape of adult women is a serious problem in society. My cost-benefit analysis includes this overwhelming factor: good sex is a vital part of life for the average adult woman, far more than a young teen girl. The benefit to her of sex goes way up, even though the risk of feeling bad is high too. More minor factors are, (1) greater life experience of adult women, and sophistication to match unscrupulous men, and to know of liars and being able to spot them, (2) greater emotional stability to handle strong negative feelings like betrayal. That's the basics.
