One of the best ways to exercise is swimming. The water offers resistance, but it also supports weight and is easy on the bones. Even just walking back and forth in the water is good exercise, preferably in a pool that is about chest to neck deep.
Of course a stationary bicycle has a much smaller footprint and is cheaper, so it's a more realistic choice for exercising at home - but for people who live in a city there is probably an indoor heated pool not far from home. Baldur |
