Merkin soldiers have killed millions of Middle Eastern civilians. (And maybe a couple thousand terrorists with them).

Merkin cops have killed hundreds of thousands of Merkin civilians, some dangerous, many of them not, many of them unarmed at the encounter, and many of them innocent outright, including family dogs.

Merkin civilians, including even gangs (who are not really civilian, and many of whom are not even technically Merkin) and mass shooters (who aren't civilians either, and some of whom aren't technically Merkin either) can't kill more than 10k a year.

If I want guns in the hands of Merkins, military and cops are the LAST sector I'd give guns to. They clearly can't make responsible use of them. Unlike Merkin civilians.
