That's the only thing I can figure you mean, and that implies that you think the United States has already been conquered by an enemy that wishes to slaughter the American people. Considering the success of various collectivists in infiltrating institutions and taking control of state power, you may be right, but all that would mean is that it is already time for the people to attack the government's enforcers, not that it is time to give up and die.
