Healing routine

Mind, eyes, ears, nose, mouth, stomach, heart, hands, and feet.

Feet, hands, stomach, heart, mouth, nose, ears, eyes, and mind.

Close your mind. Close your eyes.

Listen.

Open your eyes.

Listen.

Open your mind. Go.

Are you aware of your mind?

Are you aware of your eyes? Close your eyes.

Are you aware of your ears? You can't close your ears. But you can choose not to listen.

Are you aware of your nose? Do you smell any unpleasant odours? Do you have fresh air? Are your sinuses blocked or swolen?

Are you aware of your mouth? Do you taste any unpleasant flavours? Do you have moisture? Are you creating enough saliva?

Are you aware of your stomach? Do you have enough sustenance? Do you need to eat?

Are you aware of your heart?

Sense your emotions. Do you suffer? If so, there is forgiveness in your way.

What do your hands sense?

What do your feet sense?

How is your posture? Lean back and relax.

Be open.

Your toes are your roots and your fingers are your branches.

Take care of your needs.

Does your environment feel safe? Do you feel safe? Are you well-fed and well-hydrated?

Focus on your breath.

Close your eyes. Listen.

Go.
