Hmmm. Real name Jacqueline Alice Irene Newlin. Wikipedia must have gotten something mixed up. No mention of Lewis Carroll, but she did co-star with a Ted Lewis.

Well, anyway, we celebrate Girl Love every year on April 25th, to commemorate the day when Lewis Carroll met Alice Liddell, shortly before her 4th birthday.
