Not really. The question is what the law should be. Law and morality are not the same, and for good reason. There is lots of immoral behavior that is legal because outlawing it would cause more problems than it solved; and in many cases the law requires behavior that is inherently immoral. (In that case it's just bad law, such as the reporting requirements that many jurisdictions have for psychologists.)
