You presume that all laws in the US are out to protect the individual. When it comes to pedos, it is thought which is outlawed. They are protecting the innocence of the pixel arrangement, not the person depicted, which is why she as an adult can still not give her blessing to view images of herself at a young age.

Quite a shame by the way, especially considering how beautiful she was as a young model, before her acting and singing career.

Thought policing is also how people can be charged with trying to take advantage of a minor when there was no minor involved. Lady Justice is blind for all her citizens, except when the public approves of different standards for some.

Dizney forced her into an apology? No surprises, even though today they have been infected with feminist pressures to the point of practically turning their classically feminine cartoon princesses into tool-belt wearing lesbians.
