Do Neo-Nazi parents have the inherent right to raise their kids to be Neo-Nazis themselves

If the parents instead had some sympathy for youth or pedophile rights, would they be in the wrong telling their children this, rather merely the accepted progressive status-quo?

How would far more heretical ideas be transmitted?
