Heard on NPR that 7 men (with Pakistani names) aged 18-38 were arrested at a Cali water park for inappropriately touching young girls in the pool. They knew each other and are facing charges including conspiracy to commit a crime. WTF? What is going on here, anyone know?

Is this pedo activity or something else? I can’t imagine.
