Ian and I have posted in a couple of places to clarify that we don't view MAPs as sick or disordered.

We are trying to get as many people as possible to fill out the survey. Based on some of the feedback it is clear that many people are doing very well. As you say, hopefully those people will also be represented in our survey responses. Even if that is not the case we will make sure to discuss this because we have received this feedback on discussion boards.

We appreciate the feedback and apologize if some believe the survey has missed the mark.
