I agree that the questions tend to push the idea we are "ill" and "in need of help" but at the same time, it is impossible to do otherwise unless you ask much more open questions as to "why do you believe X or Y?" which I understand is probably not so easy in an online format.

I have a small request: Could you please post all the questions (and the possible answers, as applicable) in text form here? In order not to interfere with the nature of the study, it can be done once you stop receiving answers. I don't ask for it to be done now, if you think it would affect the results. But I would like to have a "hard copy" (not very hard, mind you) of the study questions.
